Changes in today’s lifestyles and society have created many new needs and expectations toward service providers, turning the economic environment into an intensified arena of evolution. The gap emerged where the most dominant goal of service companies became solely to increase profit and reduce the time required to achieve it.
We believe this economic approach is not one to follow. We also believe every partner deserves high-quality, affordable, flexible facility services tailored to individual needs. In our interpretation, facility management means the full range of activities designed to make the everyday life of our current and future partners easier, through the broadest spectrum of supporting services—so our clients can devote their time to what truly matters.
Our impression is that our clients are open to a new, human-friendly and people-centered approach and an innovative mindset—and they expect to encounter solutions they have not been accustomed to receiving from a service partner.
This line of thinking guided us when, in December 2013, after extensive preparation, we founded our company, HouseHold 4YOU Kft. At the same time, we committed ourselves to serving our partners in a flexible, solution-oriented way—leading them into everyday operations where professional support and service functions run almost imperceptibly in the background.
Among our owners and leaders are colleagues with many years of domestic and international experience who have held ownership/leadership roles on both the client and the service-provider side—so they know exactly which mistakes to avoid and which needs must be met.
Our owners manage successful companies with similar profiles in the United States and Germany, giving our partners the opportunity to get to know a mindset and business approach in which the same service provider can maintain a balanced relationship with its client for decades—based on mutual respect and performance.
We trust that we will soon be able to welcome you among our satisfied partners and introduce you to a world where facility services become smooth, well-oiled, and almost invisible parts of everyday operations.

Managing Director
In order to ensure our partners’ satisfaction and to build long-term relationships, we define our general quality objectives as follows.
HouseHold FM was founded in 2013. Our main activity is the professional operation of office buildings, industrial facilities and shopping centers, including building supervision, security and protocol services, cleaning, gardening, as well as maintenance and specialist trade work.
Our company holds fliability insurance coverage up to HUF 200,000,000 with Allianz Hungária Insurance Plc.
Our company operates management systems in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 covering quality management, environmental management, and occupational health and safety.
The satisfaction of our clients is the most important to us, therefore we develop our service system according to their needs, always taking individual client requirements into account. We strive for excellent relationships with our clients, based on our colleagues’ helpfulness and flexibility.
At HouseHold FM, we work on building the best team of employees. Through appropriate working conditions, tools, training, and moral and financial recognition, we ensure their professional and personal development, while naturally expecting precise work. All of our colleagues are direct employees; as a rule, we do not use subcontractors in service delivery.
Our goal is to meet the strictest environmental standards with our modern equipment and to take on an ever greater role in social responsibility.
Where possible, our company must ensure that internal organizational procedures are transparent and applied to all participants without distinction. Within their scope of responsibility, both employees and managers must ensure the transparency of internal procedures agreed upon by senior management at company level.

For our company, selecting and hiring the right employees is a highly significant factor. The quality and value of the services we offer largely depend on the quality and capabilities of our staff. New employees must be selected based on the principle of objective criteria, enabling an assessment of their professional quality. It is also important—given the nature of our services—to consider candidates’ moral values. When hiring, we must ensure that the employee possesses all the basic suitability characteristics that, in light of our objectives, can help them become a good professional. Regulations protecting privacy must also be observed.
Our company places great importance on vocational training and continuous further education, as only in this way can the ongoing improvement of our service standards be maintained.
Given the outstanding importance of the human factor in the private service sector, working conditions play a central role in this field for the development of our company and human efficiency. We commit ourselves to the strict observance of all legal and remuneration regulations relating to working conditions. To make the profession more attractive, reduce turnover, and ensure employees feel well, we consider it important to define and improve working conditions through internal organizational and company-level discussions.
Work of high value must be remunerated accordingly. A fair level of pay also contributes to making the household services sector attractive, and signals that this still young sector has “matured” and allows recognition of employees’ work. Appropriate wages reduce the risk of unfair competition, increase productivity, and guarantee a high level of service quality.
Certain areas of the household services sector involve significant occupational risks. Therefore, our company must apply regulations related to health protection and the legal, moral, and property security of employees, in order to provide the greatest possible protection against occupational risks. These standards are regularly reviewed by social partners and the competent authorities to ensure the safety, satisfaction, and comfort of employees, partners, and clients.
Our company is committed to building a democratic, open and supportive society. Our position is that our partners and employees should be aware of their responsibilities at all levels and support equal opportunities and action against any form of discrimination. The household services sector must apply the principles of non-discrimination and ensure the full integration of every employee into working conditions, regardless of ethnic or social origin, skin color, gender, religion, political opinion, nationality, sexual habits, or any other distinguishing characteristics.
Our company’s position is that efforts must be made to find an appropriate balance between workplace security and the quality of private life, and between the needs of customers and clients. At company level, participants in negotiations and development must seek solutions aimed at modernizing work performance, thereby aligning with the sector’s technological development and professionalism and improving service quality and customer satisfaction, while also improving employees’ living and working conditions, workplace security and development. If internal organizational discussions concern working hours, overtime, night work or weekend work, efforts must be made to achieve a better balance between employees’ professional and private lives.
In the household services sector, contracts are too often awarded at the lowest price, regardless of performance quality, working conditions, the training level of staff, and the reputation of the company. This can lead to unfair competition, lack of professionalism, or illegal practices, which our company consistently condemns. It is the task of professional forums and organizations to convince public and private clients to select service providers based on the principles of the best price-to-performance ratio.
During its work, our company must comply with the regulations and procedures governing cooperation with national authorities, in particular the tax and labor authorities and the police. With strict respect for each party’s competence, the company and its employees must build good relationships with these authorities and strive for open, constructive cooperation based on a fully legitimate operating model. This also includes informing our employees about this cooperation and providing the necessary information.
